This bill's time has come. USDs should build up reserves now to handle loss of Fed stimulus money in 2 years.

Halleluiah! Finally a bill that reflects some common sense in the face of the new socialist movement.

Seems to me this will create a big new incentive for Topeka to use its imminent domain power. We'd have a new public entity acting as an entrepreneurial land developer, taking our private property to do it.

Why not year-round schooling with long holiday breaks? Better still, let me use my tax dollars to pick the school whose schedule serves my family best.
