     This is a great free country when 2 cops can go to the capital and say, Hey,  this stuff looks kinda like that tere maryjuana.  We need to out law this stuff.  And all the capital rallied to the cause.  To bad they can't get together like that on getting the Welfare bums off the gov. dole.
