Tracy J. Driscoll of Russell, Kansas killed my daughter Rebecca Jane Trible While Driving Drunk. Tracy was able to circumvent the law by being hid out for 14 hours after the accident and then presenting himself to a Hospital 30 Miles away. He was accompanied by an aunt who is a para-legal; this aunt requested multiple tests be ran on Tracy J. Driscoll to try to prove he had some type of memory loss or some other related injury that could account for him not presenting himself for the 14 hours. Tracy J. Driscoll has a long line of attornies in his family and and were well versed in using this loop hole to circumvent the law. If he would have remained at the scene of the crash or would have been taken directly to the hospital he would have had a high enough blood alcohol level to face a level 4 felony. Because his family had legal training and knowledge they were able to keep him hidden from the police until after he had sobered up. Tracy J. Driscoll Sucessful Beat the system.
