    Introduced in the Senate on January 24, 2008, to allow the Department of Revenue to require a broader range of taxpayers to file and pay taxes electronically

    The vote was 35 in favor, 4 opposed and 1 not voting

    Does the legislature have a problem with commercial paper? What about people who aren't electronically savvy?

    Why the electronic requirement? So they can make sure that the revenue departments gets its money on time.
