2009 Senate Bill 131: Allow name changes for technical colleges (Senate Roll Call)

Passed 40 to 0 in the Senate on February 10, 2009, to permit the governing body of a technical college that has an independent governing body to change its designation -- that is, its official name -- by adopting a resolution, which would then become the designation for the school in any statute, contract or document.
