• Introduced by Rep. Don Myers (R) on February 2, 2010, in his role as committee chair, to propose an amendment to the Kansas Constitution that would eliminate the exclusion of nonresident military personnel stationed in Kansas from the official census count used to reapportion Kansas' legislative districts. If approved by two-thirds of the Kansas House and Senate, the measure would be submitted to Kansas voters in November 2010.
